Personal interest and hobbies:
Family is my highest priority. I enjoy trips to the mountains to camp amongst the trees and fresh air. Amongst other outdoor activities I also enjoy wakeboarding and water sports. In the winter I spend free time snowboarding and snow skiing. Daily I enjoy playing catch with my kids and seeing them grow and develop in both personalities and personal interests. I have been competitive in football, soccer, baseball, track and field, tennis, and golf for many years. I play recreational basketball, hiking and horseback rides with my family. I have competed in Leukemia and Lymphoma triathlons and enjoy swimming, bike riding, and running. I focus on training athletes to improve their goals to be the best they can be for each specific sport.
Special credentials and/or accomplishments:
I proudly served the United States Navy for six years where I served our country in North and South America completing drug ops and training for Desert Storm on the USS Callaghan destroyer, 350 people, and the USS Abraham Lincoln, 3000 people, all striving to be the best they can be as a team.
I received my Bachelor in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in CAD, CAM, and manufacturing
I also received my Masters in Physical Therapy with a personal goal of changing individual lives through personal, functional improvement.
I have specialized experience in outpatient therapy, hospital based therapy, and home health therapy with a passion for individual improvement through personal change in pain, function and ability to return to each individuals activities and interests as quickly as possible.

I believe my personal experience in sports, balance and therapy play a positive role in changing your ability to participate in family activities, improve your ability in competitive sports, as well as to enjoy playing with your grandchildren in the yard and to help you maintain a pain free, improved you.
